| PreBid Information: | There will be a Pre-Bid Tour on the 10th day of August, 2010, at 2:00 P.M., at the school in the Auditorium, for the purpose of answering questions and walking the site. Attendance at the Pre-Bid tour is Mandatory for all Contractors submitting bids on this project.

Sealed bids addressed to the Board of Education of the Omaha Public Schools, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the Auditorium Operable Partitions Replacement at Burke High School, Bid Number 10-042, located at 12200 Burke Boulevard in Omaha, Nebraska, for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called "District" prepared by Jackson-Jackson & Associates, Inc., will be received in the office of Dr. Jerry Bartee, Assistant Superintendent, Business Services, Omaha Public Schools, 3215 Cuming Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68131-2024 until 2:00 P.M., August 17, 2010. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and tabulation will be made to present to the Board of Education at the next regular meeting for consideration in awarding the Contract. Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened. |
Job Purchase Information: |
Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of A&D Technical Supply, 4320 S. 89 St., Omaha, NE 68127, upon depositing the sum of thirty-five dollars ($35.00), payable to Jackson-Jackson & Associates, for the set of Bidding Documents.
A plan deposit card, as issued by the Omaha Builders Exchange, is also acceptable in lieu of a deposit.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to the Architect, in good condition within fourteen (14) days after the bid date.
If the documents are not returned to the Architect, within fourteen (14) days, the deposit check may be cashed.
The bidding documents will be shipped upon receipt of an additional non-refundable check for twenty dollars (15.00), payable to A& D Technical Supply for mailing charges.
